Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Drift Circuit mobile game ("the Game"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your private, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted remain with us.
2. Virtual Items and Coins
- In-game coins, cars, avatars, and upgrades ("Virtual Items") are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the Game.
- Coins may be earned through gameplay or purchased via Apple's in-app purchase system. All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's payment terms.
- Except where required by applicable law or by Apple's refund policies, purchases of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable.
3. Fair Play
You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use automation or modified clients, interfere with the Game servers, or harass other players (including through offensive display names). We may suspend access, remove leaderboard entries, or reset progress to protect the integrity of the Game.
4. Online Services
Online features (matchmaking, leaderboards, ghost replays) depend on network availability and our servers. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue online features at any time without liability, including for maintenance or to comply with legal requirements.
5. Intellectual Property
The Game, including its code, artwork, music, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Game except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. We may terminate or suspend your access to online features if you breach these Terms.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
